There's a new cake in town and it's the cake pop! Well, not one cake exactly but many little cakes. This is a great alternative to a more traditional wedding cake. Why? Well it allows for just a taste of the wedding cake (for those who have included dessert in the dinner menu) and they are relatively easy to make and inexpensive. Ask your cake designer to make cake pops with a special flavor in mind, or download a recipe and make them yourself! Just use styrofoam or a plant based material (greener option) to pierce the ends of the pops into. Click here for some great cake pop recipes! http://www.cakepopsrecipe.com/
